One of my all time favorite desserts is chocolate mousse, in fact, the first time I had mousse was at a small French restaurant in my hometown of Plymouth, Michigan. I said to my family, who’s been keeping me from this wonderful delight!?!?

That being said, check out my plant-based, sugar-free mousse recipe below. What I love about this recipe is that I don’t feel guilty at all about eating double servings, not one bit. VEGAN SUGAR-FREE MOUSSE
4 small ripe avocados
¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (such as hemp, almond, cashew, coconut…)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp liquid stevia extract (use less or more depending on your desired sweetness)
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix then ENJOY!
(makes about 4 servings)
